Connect SellerLegend MCP to Claude

This guide walks you through connecting SellerLegend as a custom MCP connector inside Claude.

Prerequisites

• An active SellerLegend account (guest users cannot create connectors)
• A Claude Pro (or higher) subscription

Step 1: Create the OAuth Client in SellerLegend

1. Log in to your SellerLegend account
2. Go to Admin > Developers
3. Click Create New Client
4. Fill in:

Name	Claude MCP (or any name you prefer)
Redirect URL	https://claude.ai/api/mcp/auth_callback

5. Save. SellerLegend will generate a Client ID and Client Secret — keep them handy.

WARNING

Only one redirect URL can be added per OAuth client. If you also want to use ChatGPT, create a separate OAuth client for it.

Step 2: Add the Connector in Claude

1. Open Claude
2. Go to Settings > Connectors
3. Click Add Custom Connector
4. Fill in:

Name	SellerLegend
URL	https://dashboard.sellerlegend.com/mcp

5. Expand Advanced Settings and enter:

OAuth Client ID	(from Step 1)
OAuth Client Secret	(from Step 1)

6. Click Add

Step 3: Authorize

1. Click Connect
2. Log in to SellerLegend and review the requested permissions
3. Click Authorize
4. The status should change to Connected

Verify

• Start a new Claude conversation
• Look for the tools icon
• Try asking: "What Amazon accounts do I have connected?"

Start a new conversation

Existing chats will not see newly added tools. Always start a fresh conversation after connecting (and after enabling/disabling tools).
