Popover/Dropdown Interaction Fix

Overview

Fixed an issue where help popovers were interfering with dropdown menus throughout the application.

Problem

• Popovers would sometimes appear unexpectedly when interacting with dropdown menus
• This created a poor user experience with overlapping UI elements
• The issue affected all pages with both popovers and dropdowns

Solution

Implemented a centralized fix that prevents popovers from displaying when dropdowns are active and automatically hides any visible popovers when a dropdown opens.

Impact

• User Experience: Cleaner interface with no overlapping popovers and dropdowns
• Affected Areas: All pages that use both popovers and dropdown menus
• Backward Compatibility: Fully compatible, no changes needed
