PPC V2 Dashboard — Generally Available
April 17, 2026
Overview
The new PPC dashboard ("PPC V2") is out of beta and is now the default for every Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays screen in SellerLegend. It replaces the separate legacy dashboards with a single unified experience where KPI tiles, the historical chart, and the entity table stay in sync as you switch PPC type, entity, or aggregate mode.
For a complete walk-through of every part of the screen, see The PPC V2 Dashboard.
What's Changed for Users
1. One Dashboard for SP, SB, and SD
- Switching between Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays happens from a dropdown in the page title.
- No full page reload: the KPI tiles, chart, tabs, and table are all replaced in place.
2. Entity Tabs Below the Chart
Each PPC type surfaces its own set of entity views as tabs:
- Sponsored Products — Campaigns, Ad Groups, Products, Per Product / Campaign, Keywords, Search Terms, Targets.
- Sponsored Brands — Campaigns, Ad Groups, Keywords.
- Sponsored Displays — Campaigns, Ad Groups, Products.
Clicking a tab reloads only the table — the chart and tiles above stay put.
3. Summary and Daily Modes on Every Table
A Summary / Daily toggle sits in the table header next to the default view picker. Summary shows one row per entity for the whole date range; Daily shows one row per entity per day, with a Period column. Every entity type supports both modes.
4. Metric Filters
The filter panel now has a PPC Metrics section with one row per metric (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Sales, ACoS, Profit, ACoP, and more). For each metric you can pick an operator (=, >, <, !=, Between) and one or two values. Filters are applied as HAVING conditions on the aggregated query, so they work identically in Summary and Daily mode.
Metric filters combine naturally with campaign and ad-group scoping, and each applied filter appears as a single combined chip above the table (for example Impressions = 61,874 or ACoS — 10 — 50).
5. New URLs
Every page under the old /product_ads/* URLs remains reachable and now displays a deprecation banner pointing to the equivalent PPC V2 page. New URLs follow this pattern:
/ppc_v2/dashboard/{sp|sb|sd}/{entity}/{summary|daily}Existing bookmarks to /ppc_v2_beta/... URLs are automatically redirected (301) to their /ppc_v2/... equivalents, including any query parameters. Legacy /product_ads/... pages remain accessible and show a deprecation banner pointing to the matching V2 page.
Here is the mapping from old pages to their new V2 equivalents:
| Old URL | New URL |
|---|---|
/product_ads/dashboard | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sp/campaigns/summary |
/product_ads/performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sp/campaigns/summary |
/product_ads/keyword-performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sp/ad-keywords/summary |
/product_ads/search-term-performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sp/search-terms/summary |
/product_ads/ads-performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sp/targets/summary |
/product_ads/brand-dashboard | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sb/campaigns/summary |
/product_ads/brand-performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sb/campaigns/summary |
/product_ads/brand-keyword-performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sb/ad-keywords/summary |
/product_ads/display-dashboard | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sd/campaigns/summary |
/product_ads/display-performance | /ppc_v2/dashboard/sd/campaigns/summary |
/ppc_v2_beta/dashboard/... | /ppc_v2/dashboard/... (automatic 301 redirect) |
6. Reorganised PPC Menu
The PPC menu now exposes the three ad types as separate columns, each listing every entity view for that type. Each menu entry links directly into the V2 dashboard with the right PPC type and entity pre-selected.
Performance and Reliability Improvements
- A single AJAX round-trip now replaces what used to be four (tab partial, datatable load, chart HTML, KPI sums) when switching tab or PPC type.
- Chart and KPI data are bundled into the tab switch response, so the table and its analytics arrive together.
- Smooth opacity-based transitions replace spinner-swap flicker when switching views.
- Datatable destroy now fully cleans up event handlers, timers, frozen column wrappers, and Bootstrap popovers — so repeated tab switching no longer leaves stale listeners behind.
FAQ
Q: Are the old PPC pages gone? A: No. Every legacy page remains accessible. Each shows a warning banner linking to the matching PPC V2 page. A future release will remove the legacy pages.
Q: Do I need to update my bookmarks? A: Not immediately. Old /ppc_v2_beta/... bookmarks are automatically redirected to /ppc_v2/.... Old /product_ads/... pages remain accessible and show a deprecation banner with a link to the equivalent V2 page. When you are ready, bookmark the new /ppc_v2/... URL.
Q: Has any data or calculation changed? A: No. The metrics, currency conversion, and date range handling are unchanged. Only the presentation and navigation are new.
Q: Where did the PPC type selector go? I don't see SP / SB / SD in the menu anymore. A: PPC type now appears as a dropdown in the page title on the V2 dashboard itself. The menu is organised by PPC type instead, so pick Sponsored Products → Campaigns (for example) and you land directly on that view.
