Overview
View all your FBA inbound shipment details at a glance, including shipment status, quantities sent, units received by Amazon, missing units, and fulfillment center destinations.
TIP
Shipments update every 24 hours, regardless of their status (closed, open, etc.).
Actions Menu
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on any shipment to access:
- Shipment details — view full shipment breakdown
- Notes — add or view notes for the shipment
- Re-fetch shipment — force a refresh of shipment data from Amazon
Screen Columns
Shipment Information
- Shipment ID — unique Amazon-assigned identifier
- Shipment Name — name assigned by Amazon or the seller
- Shipment Status — current shipment state
- Internal Status — user-defined status (Working / Shipped)
- Account Title — the account name in SellerLegend
- Label Prep Type — whether Amazon or seller handles labeling
- Cases Required — indicates if case-pack is required
Quantities & Costs
- Qty Sent — total units shipped to the fulfillment center
- Total Cost — total value of units sent
- Qty Received — units received by the fulfillment center
- Qty Not Received — missing units (sent minus received)
- Outstanding Cost — value of missing units
- Qty In-Case — units per case-pack
Logistics
- Src. Name — shipment origin location
- Dest. Code — fulfillment center destination code
- Created At — when the shipment was created
- Updated At — when the shipment was last updated
