Access via: Supply Chain → Internal Shipments

Overview

This screen displays manually created shipment details within your custom warehouses, tracking internal transfers between storage centers with status updates and unit accounting.

WARNING

This screen does not contain shipments sent to Amazon. It only contains shipments you created manually between your own warehouses.

Actions

Click the actions menu on any shipment to:

Edit shipment details
Delete shipment records
View detailed shipment information
Notes — add or review shipment notes

Screen Columns

Shipment Information

Shipment ID — unique identifier for the shipment
Shipment Name — user-defined or system-assigned name
Shipment Status — current shipment progress
Internal Status — user-assigned status (Working / Shipped)
Cases Required — indicates if case-packing is necessary

Quantities & Costs

Qty Sent — total units shipped
Qty Received — units received at destination
Qty Not Received — missing units (sent minus received)
Outstanding Cost — financial value of missing units

Locations

Src. Name — origin warehouse location
Dest. Code — destination warehouse/fulfillment center code
