Overview

You can now download multiple exported reports at once. Select up to 5 reports from your Downloaded Reports page and download them all together as a single ZIP file, saving you time when you need several reports at once.

What's New

Multi-Select for Reports

• Checkbox Selection: Each completed report now has a checkbox next to it
• Select All: Use the checkbox in the header to quickly select up to 5 reports at once
• Visual Counter: See how many reports you've selected

Bulk Download Button

• One-Click Download: A new download button appears in the table header
• Automatic ZIP Creation: Selected reports are automatically packaged into a single ZIP file
• Smart Naming: The ZIP file is named with a timestamp for easy identification

Selection Limits

• Maximum 5 Reports: To ensure fast downloads and manageable file sizes, you can select up to 5 reports at a time
• Clear Notifications: Helpful messages let you know when you've reached the limit

How to Use

1. Go to Downloaded Reports from the main menu
2. Look for the checkboxes next to each completed report
3. Select the reports you want to download (up to 5)
4. Click the download button in the table header
5. Your browser will download a ZIP file containing all selected reports

Impact
