Overview
This is the SellerLegend equivalent of the Seller Central Customer Concessions – Returns report. Use it to:
- See all product returns over time
- Find out the reason for each return
- View the final disposition by Amazon
Tips
- Amazon only accepts responsibility for damaged returns with a DAMAGED or CARRIER DAMAGED disposition — in those cases, you are eligible for compensation from Amazon
- SellerLegend accounts for the return on the Returned On date, so unit statistics throughout the platform are reduced by the number of units returned on that date
