Overview
The Imported Reports screen shows the status of all reports that have been imported into SellerLegend. Use this screen to verify that your imports completed successfully, identify errors in imported files, and re-upload corrected reports when needed.
Available Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Report Type | The type of report that was imported |
| Account Title | The Amazon account the report belongs to |
| Status | The import status (see below) |
| Request Made | The date and time the import was initiated |
| Request Completed | The date and time the import finished processing |
Import Status Values
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| DONE | The report was imported successfully with no errors |
| DONE_WITH_WARNINGS | The report was imported but some rows had issues -- review the warnings for details |
| FAILED | The report could not be imported -- download the error report to see what went wrong |
Troubleshooting Errors
If a report shows DONE_WITH_WARNINGS or FAILED:
- Download the error report to see the specific error details for each affected row
- Correct the issues in your source file (common issues include formatting errors, missing required fields, or invalid values)
- Re-upload the corrected file to complete the import
Data Retention
Imported reports are deleted after 30 days. If you need to reference the import history or error details, do so within this window.
