Email Validation Enhancements

Overview
We've improved our email validation to prevent duplicate accounts and ensure better account security.
What's Changed
Duplicate Account Prevention
The system now recognizes email variations as the same account. For example:
These are all treated as the same email address, preventing multiple account registrations with the same email.
Stricter Email Format Checks
- Emails must contain exactly one @ symbol
- Maximum of 3 dots allowed in the email address before the @ symbol
- Invalid email formats are now blocked
How This Affects You
- New registrations: You cannot create multiple accounts using variations of the same email
- Adding team members: Team member emails are checked for duplicates using the same rules
- Existing accounts: No changes to existing accounts
Why We Made This Change
- Prevents abuse of trial periods and promotional offers
- Ensures fair usage for all customers
- Improves overall platform security
- Maintains data integrity
