How to Get Here?

  • From the Menu
    • Customers–> Customer Cross-Sell

What is it for?

  • See all the products cross-sold to a customer
  • See the details of the customer such as encrypted email, city, state and country to whom the product was cross-sold
  • See the number of cross-sold items with order id, order date, and the cross-sold product information
  • See the first and last order date of the customer to whom products were cross-sold.
  • See whether cross-sold items were returned or refunded by the customer.
  • See the price and promotional details of the cross-sold items.
  • See whether the customer was watchlisted with watchlist reason and the tier name assigned to the customer.

Hints And Tips!

  • Buyer Personal Identity details are not available after June 6, 2019 due to the new Amazon Data Protection Policy.
  • However, the encrypted email address is still available.
  • So, you can go back to Seller Central and get the identity details.
  • You can download this list and the list from and Seller Central and combine them in excel for further use.

    • Clicking of the number of orders link will take you to the orders screen which will show the details for all the orders placed by this customer.

    • The total number of orders cross-sold

    • The total number of items ordered
  • Returned Items
    • The total number of items returned
    • Clicking of the Returned Items link will take you to the orders screen which will show the details of the orders returned by this customer.
  • First Order Date
    • The date and time on which the first order was placed by this customer
  • Last Order Date
    • The date and time on which the last order was placed by this customer
  • Tier Name
  • Watch Listed
  • Watchlist Reasons
    • Shows the various reasons why the customer is watchlisted
  • City
    • The buyer’s City
  • State
    • The buyer’s State
  • Country
    • The buyer’s Country
  • Postal Code
    • The buyer’s Postal Code

    • Product thumbnail
    • Clicking on the image will take you to the Product Dashboard for that product

    • The date on which the order was placed
  • Amazon Order
    • The Order Number assigned by Amazon
    • Clicking on the order will take you to the order dashboard

    • The number of units refunded
  • Refunded at
    • The date on which the items were refunded
  • Account Title
    • The name of the account as defined in SL
  • Market Place
    • The marketplace the product belongs to
    • Clicking on the Market place country abbreviation would take you to the root of the Amazon catalogue for the country
  • ASIN
    • The product’s ASIN
    • Clicking on the ASIN will take you to your product’s listing on the Amazon catalog
    • SellerLegend uses the short URL version of your ASIN to take you to the product listing. Clicking on the ASIN, therefore, does not adversely impact your PPC spends.

    • The price of the item

    • The amount of discount given to the customer in the promotion

    • The Price minus the Discount Amount

    • The percentage of discount given to the customer in the promotion

    • The Promotion Codes the customer has used for this order
  • Qty
    • The number of units ordered for the Order Item
