How Do I Download a Report without Pictures

Including images in a report significantly increases the download time.
In case you need a report without images in XLSX format you can follow the instructions below.
Excluding images from the report can speed up the download process
There are 2 ways to exclude pictures from a report.
1. From download report settings
2. By disabling the Product Image column from the views manager

If you want a report in XLSX format you have the choice to include/exclude product images before initiating the download.
When you click on the download button you will get a popup asking you to choose the format you wish to download the report in.
You will also get an option to include/exclude the images in the report when choosing the XLSX (EXCEL) option.

Checking the box will include the images in the downloaded report and vice versa.
Before disabling a column first you need to know how SellerLegend downloads a report.

Whenever you download a screen, the downloaded file reflects exactly what was on the screen before the download button was clicked.
- Say you filtered some data out, that data won’t appear in the downloaded report.
- Or the selected Time Period was for 30 days. You will only get that 30 days worth of data.
- Similarly, if the screen you are downloading has images, those images will also be present in the downloaded report and vice versa; You get the idea.
What you need to do in this instance, is disable the column for pictures using the views manager, and then download the report.

If you have checked the box for a column it will appear in the downloaded file. If you have unchecked the box, then that column will not appear in the downloaded file.
Click on the View Manager button

Click Save.
Once saved, the screen should refresh.
The new view should be without Product images. Downloading the screen now will result in a report that reflects the same view, and therefore, is without product images.
