It Depends On Which Data You Want To Download
- On Tables Screens
- The download button on most screens is shown below:
- The data from the following screens can be downloaded by clicking on the Download button at the top right of the screen of the screen:
- Products List,
- Brands,
- Inventory,
- Product Statistics,
- Product Monthly Valuations,
- Orders,
- Sales Transactions,
- Sales Statistics,
- Customers List,
- Watchlist Reasons,
- Manage Refunds Reimbursements,
- Returns,
- Reimbursements,
- Incurred Expenses,
- PPC Costs Summary Per Product,
- PPC Campaigns (*)
- PPC Ad Groups (*)
- PPC Keywords Performance (*)
- PPC Search Terms Performance (*)
- The download button on most screens is shown below:

- Downloading the reports is a two-stage process:
- The download is requested by means of the Download button at the top right of the taskbar
- Once the download has been queued for processing, go to Reports –> Exported Reports
- You will see all the request for downloaded reports. If the requested download is ready, click on the Action button.
- Click on the download button and the report will be downloaded onto your computer
- Downloading the reports is a two-stage process:
- On Graphs and Charts
- Every graph or chart has a circular download (down arrow) icon at the top right of the chart
- Clicking on the icon will reveal several options
- Download As
- PNG
- JPG
- SVG
- Save As
- CSV
- XLSX
- JSON
- Download As
- On Widgets
- If the widget is a graph or chart of their own, the same method described above prevails
- If the widget is a text widget
- On the right of the caption bar, there is a down arrow which will download the widget content
- This is a one-step process and the data is downloaded immediately
- Bulk Downloads On special Screens
- On the Products->Products List screen
- There is a Download button on the left in the taskbar. Clicking on that button will reveal
- The ‘Cost of Goods’ button, for downloading the history of the Cost Of Goods data for each one of your products
- The ‘Product Settings’ button, for downloading all the settings for each one of your products
- There is a Download button on the left in the taskbar. Clicking on that button will reveal
- On the Settings->Operating Expenses screen
- There is a Download OOE (↓) button on the left in the taskbar
- Clicking on that button will download all the Other Operating Expenses
- On the Products->Products List screen
Can I Download ALL Of My Data?
- You bet! We currently have over 90 possible downloads
- As we add new screens, we make sure that the screen has all the download facilities deployed with it.
- All our downloads are done through native Excel spreadsheets, not pesky CSV files which may cause formatting errors when opened into various versions of Excel
Are There Download Limitations?
- You may encounter download volume limitations, typically in the following instances
- Trying to download over 200,000 orders at a time
- Please filter the Orders screen by order date range before downloading to reduce the volume
- Downloading PPC data, where you could have tens of thousands of keywords and (literally) millions of search terms
- Please filter the Keywords Performance or Search Terms Performance screens by Campaign or by Ad Group to reduce the volume
- Trying to download over 200,000 orders at a time
